About Amy Iskandar Margolis
Leveraging over two decades of hands-on experience, I’ve built a career as both a property manager and real estate investor. Real estate is a family business and many of my earliest memories include working alongside my parents on value-add projects in properties they owned. These early years shaped me into developing strong values of hard work, dedication, and an appreciation for asset management.
In 2001, I joined Lebanon Property Management as an office administrator and rapidly worked to obtain my real estate salesperson’s license in 2003 and my broker’s license in 2006 serving as property manager for a 200+ unit portfolio. Beginning in 2005, I began transitioning to commercial office and currently manage 75 units of commercial real estate. After many years in the field I obtained a degree in Business in 2022 and recently purchased Lebanon Property Management in December, 2025.
