Our company specializes in real estate investment and property management. Our office is located in Hanover, NH, and we are proud to work with customers across the Dartmouth – Lake Sunapee region, also known as the Upper Valley.
Our region is known for its year-round and seasonal New England charm. The Upper Valley offers a rich culture of arts, community, culture, education, and recreation. Meet Our Team
Alex Iskandar
Founder
Alex was the founder of Lebanon Property Management. Alex began his real estate career in 1976 when he purchased his first multifamily dwelling. For years he owned and managed a growing portfolio while working full time as a Research Scientist for the US Government at Cold Regions Research Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) in Hanover, NH. Alex first obtained his real estate broker’s license in 1999.
Alex passed away in 2023 leaving a legacy of tireless hard work and excellence in entrepreneurship.
Amy Margolis
President, Principal Broker
Amy began her career in property management in 2001. In 2006 Amy purchased her first rental property and received her real estate broker license. Today, Amy purchased LPM in 2024 and is working to grow the business. Amy is a member of the NH Commercial Investment Board of Realtors and has a degree in business administration. Amy spends her free time being active with her family, hiking, kayaking, and enjoying nature.
Dana McGranaghan
Facilities
Dana has been with Lebanon Property Management for over 20 years and maintains the grounds and many aspects of building maintenance. Dana is a carpenter by trade but is skilled in every area of the building trades. Dana is often accompanied by his dog, Bella and enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, and ATVing.
